Abstract Submission
The abstract submission form is now open – click on the button below to submit your abstract.
The deadline for submitting proposals is April 15th, 2025.
The abstracts will be evaluated by the conference committee for research depth, relevancy, and originality. We particularly welcome submissions that report original and previously unpublished research results. Multi-authored submissions are allowed though we will only accept one first-authored paper per person. You can download the call for abstracts here (pdf).
For individual papers, please submit your name, institutional affiliation, contact information, the title, 3–5 keywords, a short bibliography, and abstract of your paper not exceeding 300 words.
Each abstract should include:
- Research topic/aim
- Theoretical framework
- Methodology/research design
- Main findings/Expected findings
- A list of 4-5 references. References are not included in the 300 words.
For a roundtable, please submit a proposal comprising an abstract of about 300 words on the theme as well as the names and institutional affiliations of convener, chair, and panelists. Each roundtable should include 3-5 contributors.
For pre-organized symposiums/panels, please submit a proposal comprising the names and institutional affiliations of convener, chair, discussant and panelists, as well as title and abstract of about 300 words for the panel itself and for each paper presented.
Each paper abstract should include:

A pre-organized symposium consists of a chair, discussant, and 3-4 individual presentations.
